What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you do not like the handmade products, items such as Body Butters, Soaps and Body Scrubs are cosmetic items and cannot be returned, however, we will work with you, see what you are not getting along with and tweak any bath and body product and make one bespoke for you. Please see our store policies page for more information on all of our natural skincare and candles. If in the event anything is damaged in transit, we will work with you and the shipping company to reach a resolution.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At the moment we do not, we send all of our natural skincare products in safe and pretty packaging which are suitable to give to friends and loved ones, the packaging also outlines the ingredients list and the product description.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, Paypal & Apple Pay. We also offer the option of Clearpay & Laybuy to split the cost of your handmade JaceyCo. order.

Are you totally natural?

Yes we are, all of our body butters, body scrubs and handmade soaps are totally natural and the very best quality! We pride ourselves that none of our products contain any chemicals, SLES, SLS and Parabans. We like to keep all of our products as natural as possible, just as mother nature intended!

Do you sale wholesale?

At the moment, we are not looking to sell wholesale as we are 2 person team. Selling wholesale may lead to mistakes and meaning our natural skincare products aren't 100% perfect as we would like them to be. Sorry!

Do you work with Influencers?

At this moment in time, no. If you are an influencer asking for free products, we will polity decline. However, we are more than happy to work with a company/influencer if you would like to purchase any of our products, we will happy offer a discount to your followers as a gratitude from ourselves for your support.

Cross Contamination Regulations

We use a variety of ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. This would be similar to a warning that says "This product has been processed in a facility that also processes ______".  It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. It is always possible that ingredients and finished products have come in contact. Some ingredients may contain components that are possible allergens. Not all suppliers disclose this information.
