We founded JaceyCo with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. About Our Products
All of our products are made to order. Some of our products such as soaps, shampoos and conditioners, are made using moulds. The size, weight, shape and colour of the finished product may vary to the one on the photo. This is if the mould is available at the time of making. If you wish to ensure that the product is exactly like the photo, please contact prior to placing your order. All of our products are cruelty free, organic and ingredients are sourced in the UK. We like to keep it local here at JaceyCo and we pride ourselves on only using the very best quality, natural and organic ingredients in our bath and body products. Some of our handmade candles are made using old jars to save them landfill. Our crystals are sourced from a reliable crystal supplier overseas. Due to the popular demand, we cannot guarantee they will come back in stock. Once the crystals arrive with us, they are cleaned and ready for use for the buyer(s). Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds or accept returns if the product is not to your liking. This is due to the nature of the product and hygiene issues.
However, if you do wish to return a product to us for a refund, the return postage is the buyers responsibility to pay for the return postage and a restocking fee of 1.00GBP.
If a product has arrived damaged and sufficient evidence is provided from the buyer, we will be more than happy to issue a replacement or refund at our own discretion.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class to ship out all orders. Shipping upgrades can be purchased at checkout where we will use Hermes Standard or Next Day. If only Royal Mail shipping is selected, no tracking is available. If you wish for your order to be tracked, please select a delivery upgrade at checkout.
We use Royal Mail International Standard for all International orders. This option is free. However, the lead time for this is 2-12 weeks. We do offer a tracked service for 11.00GBP which has a lead time of 1-2 weeks. This is the advised option to safely make sure your order arrives to you.

USA inc Virgin Islands: Hemp Products
Russia & Ukraine: All Products
India: All Products excl Crystals

If there are any delays in receiving your orders, unfortunately we cannot do anything unless you have chosen a tracked shipping option. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, shipping time may take longer than normal. Please see your postal carriers website for more details, feel free to pop us a message if you have any concerns over shipping, we are always more than happy to help.
